This is it! We’re finally getting ready to ship!
We will lock down shipping addresses in 48 hours. That means you have two days to update your shipping address in your BackerKit survey.
If you need to recover your survey, go to bearsoles.backerkit.com and enter your email address to have your survey sent to you again.
For backers that have not answered surveys yet, you will still be able to get your rewards if you answer your surveys after the lockdown date but they may ship out later than the backers that have responded on time.
We’re currently aiming to ship rewards on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. If you need to change your shipping address please make the changes in your BackerKit survey in the next two days.

We're getting ready to ship Bear Soles out very soon.
The last day to make updates to your Backerkit survey is January 3rd. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders.

Hi Backers!
We are currently sending out emails with a special link to the BackerKit surveys. You should receive them shortly. Please be on the lookout and respond as quickly as you can with your sizing and shipping information. You can also pledge for more Bear Soles (or Honey Soles) if you'd like.
You do not need to make a login and password to fill out your survey, just fill it out and you’re all good to go!

Hey Backers!
Thanks again for your support throughout this campaign.
We're very excited to begin shipping out everyones rewards. Everyone will be able to submit their sizes and shipping addresses within the next week. We'll send you the Backerkit survey very soon!
We have an update on shipping and delivery dates. Unfortunately we're running a little behind schedule. Throughout the entire campaign, we were expecting to deliver all rewards in December. Due to a recent unforeseen setback, our expectation is now for rewards to ship in the beginning of January. Our focus has always been on getting you the best Bear Soles imaginable and we appreciate your patience as we reach this final stage of fulfillment and delivery.
